General Contracting

Using the design \ build approach, a traditional method of contracting, allows ALC Contractors Design\Build and the client the contract options of a lump sum price or draw schedule basis. Active participation in the bid market and our knowledge of industry conditions allows us to be extremely competitive as a general contractor. Our strong subcontractors and vendor relationships provide high quality at a cost competitive value.

Design-Build

As design - builders, we provide architect leads and helpful design suggestions. We can help you through the selection process and manage the design team best suited for a project's specific needs. ALC Contractors Design\Build then provides maximum accountability for the total project to the owner. Our comprehensive services during the preconstruction and construction phases assure the project's time line, and on-budget completion and our goal is to keep the extras or change orders to a minimum.

Construction Management

Construction management treats the project's planning, design, and construction phases as integrated tasks within a construction system. These tasks are assigned to a construction team consisting of the owner, the construction manager and architect or engineer. The construction team works together from the beginning of the project to the project's completion with the common objective of best serving the owner's interests. ALC Design-Build provides construction management services as an agent for the owner.

Excavation / Demolition Service

Our goal is to provide a variety of Excavating and demolition services designed to meet the needs of each individual customer, whether residential or commercial. We pride ourselves on professionalism, fair prices and a strong work ethic.

Equipment: We provide an entire line of excavating equipment including skid steer, backhoe & dump truck. We also provide a hydraulic hammer for breaking concrete and rock.

Winter Services: We provide commercial and residential plowing. At storm's end, we provide snow removal off commercial properties.
