After we get a description, photos, or blue prints of your new home addition or garage building project, we’ll develop a formal bid (quote), including the total home addition cost, payment schedule, building time-line schedule, and material types we’ll use. We use only the highest quality, green products for our custom home projects. We’ll work with you every step of the way to stay on time and on budget, resulting in a durable, top-of-the-line garage or home addition for you and your family to enjoy. Dear Andrew,

We wanted to write you a letter to express our heartfelt thanks for the outstanding job you did for us in constructing our new deluxe carriage house.

From the beginning you listened to us. You embraced our dream for the replacement of our garage. We had a very specific vision for this project. As closely as possible, we wanted to build a garage that looked original to our 1922 house. You accomplished that goal. The greatest compliment we get from family, friends and neighbors is that "it looks original".

From our very first conversation back in the fall of 2002 following Hurricane Isabel's destruction of our original garage, through the insurance adjuster quagmire, the Baltimore County zoning variance process, then starting an outdoor job the week before Christmas, you labored through cold, ice, wind, snow, rain and blistering heat to give us the ultimate carriage house!

All of your subcontractors were as professional as you were and you finished the job on time, on budget and no punch list was required. The entire project was a pleasure!
